Hi everyone,this is my story. my name is michelle,i was introduced to this site by shell who i used to work with many years ago.I was born in west bromwich and lived there until 1996 then i moved to devon with my family.I met my hubby in 1996 and we got married in august 2001,we knew we both wanted children but we wanted to enjoy married life for at least a year.In october 2002 we decided the time was right to start a family but unfortunatley in november 2002 we lost my dad to a heart attack so starting a family was the last thing on our minds.We got thru xmas and new year and then in february i found out i was pregnant,we were so happy.At the beginning i had loads of morning sickness and i seemed to put weight on straight away,my hubby joked that it was twins,well in april i thought i was losing a baby and was sent for an emergency scan,i thought they would have told me we had lost the baby but instead they told us we were expecting twins,my hubby started crying and me i was just opened mouth i just couldnt believe it.After this i practically sailed thru the pregnancy all but the backache from the extra weight(im only 4FT 11).
My due date was 5th november 2003(the 1st anniversary of my dads death) and I always had the idea that they would come early but no they didnt want to come,i went into hospital on the 3rd and had them on the 4th at 3.59am and 4.10am weighing, nathan 6lb 3oz and jodie 6lb 2oz(we had already found out what we were having).They didnt have any problems and the only things they suffer from now is nathan has mild eczema and jodie as mild asthma but not alot to worry about really.
Jodie is very bright and doing excellent at school with her reading and writing,nathan finds learning a bit of a struggle at the moment but hes making slow progress so im not worried at the moment and people tell me boys are most likley to be behind the girls.

Its lovely to see you here, I cant believe that after all this time we are back in touch, I know we are both on Facebook but to even think of being back in touch with you and Kath is just brilliant.

Its lovely that you have posted an introduction about yourself and you will certainly be welcomed here and feel at home. You are so lucky to have the twins and blessed every day. For you to have twins naturally is just amazing and you are an amazing person. We always used to get on back then and still do now.

I am sorry to hear about your Dad though Shell it must be so hard for you, was it a big decision for you to move away?

Your little ones sound like they are doing really well and thats lovely, so cant wait to read more about you and the wonderful family you have.
