where abouts is dagenham?

have you tired any of the aqua natal ot post aqua natal swimming type classes to gragualyy help bulid up strength again ?

Welcome to the site.

Im Laura Mummy to Jazmine who will be 8 months old on the 7th. Time has flown by.

Sounds like you are going through alot at the moment. It cant have been easy being in a wheelchair and having 2 children 2 look after and now your little son. I hope things start to improve soon for you.

We are all a friendly bunch so i am sure you will enjoy it here. If you have any problems or questions dont hesitate to contact someone.
