How do you track ovulation?

A woman's monthly cycle is measured from the first day of her menstrual period until the first day of her next period. On average, a woman's cycle normally is between 28-32 days. Ovulation is calculated by starting with the first day of the cycle, which is the day the menstrual period starts. Most women ovulate anywhere between Day 11 - Day 21 of their cycle. This is what many refer to as the "fertile time" or "fertility window" of a woman's cycle, because sexual intercourse during this time increases the chance of pregnancy.

you can also check when you're ovulating by a change in your cervical mucous (sorry) but if it's like an egg white then thats the best time to try

Yeah I know that people lose a discharge type stuff STMI but I wasn;t sure this is when you are most fertile?

i get ovulation pain just a few days before i release an egg lol have done since i was 11yrs old still get them every now and again when i actually have a period as im on the implant

Yeah I used to get that but don't anymore its quite a sharp pain isn't it ?

I used to get that egg white discharge but haven't had it for ages.

Oh Nikki its horrible when you are like this, I was not sure if that egg discharge thing was a sign of ovulating.

I get the white stuff and the ovulation pain a week before im due.

Shell i couldnt track mine if i wanted to i know i roughly have my af 32 days but my af is for 10 days if you get me.

before Izobele was born my af came when it wanted to then it would be here for 14-18 days. I was popping iron tablets like nobodys business, but my gyne said it was cause i over ovulate.
