Louise and Charlotte have been singing random songs, so I'm not sure which ones are in the show. Will find out soon I guess.

Last night on the way home Louise asked me what a "Saviour" is.

Snap Jules the songs sound great, Katie and Thomas have been singing them for me. It amazes me how quickly kids pick up songs.

I take my hat off to the teachers as there must be so much to organise with these shows!

Braden was singing some songs to me last night, but I know he won't even open his mouth during the actual performance - no confidence whatsoever to "perform" in front of people!

One the songs he sang was Ronnie the Rat Something about, "I think I saw a rat, running through the kitchen and underneath the door"!!

Not quite sure what that's got to do with Christmas lol.

Had a little invitation from the school the other day for the infant nativity on 8th Dec. It's called "Christmas with the Aliens", so that should be interesting.

Not sure what the juniors are doing yet, as haven't heard anything.

Well I have had a tough week because work said that I could take Wednesday off and work Friday so I could watch Alex in the play but its not visible for me to work Fridays it costs me more money to put him in fun club.
I did offer to do 3 hours pay back but no I had to take Wednesday off and Work Friday so anyway I ended up having a debate with my Manager and then typed an email to the pulse manager this is when your not happy at work and she called me in the office today, but I said to her it was too late I had missed the play anyway. ONly to find out that I would of been able to work 3 hours on Friday instead of all day if that had been put to my Manager.
What joys but its too late now I missed the play but it hurt so much when 2.15 came and I wanst there to see him.
xx

Aww Shell, that's a real shame. Employers can be so heartless sometimes.

Charlotte had her nativity yesterday, it was pretty good, but as usual I struggled to hear what was being said. The songs were catchy though.

There was a cake sale afterwards, I donated some Greggs mince pies. I was going to buy some cakes, but the queue was all the way down the school reception, so I didn't bother and just went straight home.

It does annoy me about the plays a bit, the same parents always manage to get the front row of seats. Also I've noticed that the same children always seem to get main parts in plays or large reading parts in assemblies, ie:- Children who have a relative who work at the school (there are 2 such children that I know of), or have a parent on the school governers.
