Does your child do any clubs?

The list at Braden's school came out yesterday and he will start "Cookery Club" next Tuesday after school

In Reception he did Art Club, but this time he wanted to do cookery club so he could quote "be like a Tesco person"!!! He thinks that the people working in Tesco actually make all the food before they put it on the shelves LMAO!!

Oh Nikki bless him but I do think its fab that this is on offer, I am not sure what is on offer at the moment. Do you have to pay for this?
Alex came home yesterday to start football afterschool on a Friday for an hour but unfortunately he's not a big fan of football and plus he's got his swimming lessons on a Friday so it clashes, so he wont be going to that one.

All the other clubs were free, but this one is £1 which pays for the ingredients so I'm happy to pay this.

I'm not sure that Jeff will be too happy if he ends up working at Tesco though PMSL.

Oh Nikki what a result what a great price to pay and for Braden to enjoy this it is certainly worth every penny.

We haven't had any letters back yet about any clubs which might be going on.

Louise did something called "Pyramid Club" for 8/9 weeks before the holiday, which was a workshop where she made things and did other exercises to increase confidence, imagination etc. That was a free club and she really enjoyed it.

Thomas is doing football and Club Energy

Katie is doing recorder lessons, Dance Club and Club Energy

Next term I think there is a board games club which they want to do....

The only one I dont have to pay for is Dance club!

Im also hoping to get them into swimming too, so busy busy busy!

Bless Braden - he has such high ambitions!

Daniel and Charlotte's school is pretty rubbish for clubs so this year they don't seem to be doing any clubs, although they're having music lessons. At my school all of the teachers have to run a club - I do Computer Club - and we also have some TAs and outside coaches running clubs so we have over 20 clubs on offer!

Alexander was offered football club on a friday too for an hour £4. He hates football, and i will be taking him to tag rugby for weekend activities this year.

I would like him to go to music after school or similar, at least 1 day a week instead of after school club. Will have to see what is on offer.

Braden will love his home economics and guess what he will want to help you all the time in the kitchen!!!!!!
