Oooo great idea for a thread Shell.

Well i am 20+3 days pregnant. My due date is Sept 11th. I have my 20 week scan next tues (4th May) were not going to find out what were having, we didnt with our first and loved not knowing and having the surprise at the end.

All has been well so far and really enjoying it. Have just started to feel movement which is great. I look forward to the weeks ahead but not carrying throughout the summer!!!!lol

Hope there other Mums to be out there that can also up date the thread as it would be lovely to read other stories too

This is a very good idea .
I'm 36 weeks tomorrow so I have only 4 weeks left I can't wait, I'm at the midwife tomorrow for a checkup and have more blood taken I have to have blood taken every 4 weeks because my platlets are low so we have to make sure they don't go to low.

I'm very excited for him to be here now can't belive how fast it has gone when I found out in sept I thought it would feel like forever now it nearly time I'm a bit nervious with it being my first and not knowing what to exspect but still can't wait!!! I'm getting a bit big now so getting a bit uncomfy and starting to get that penguin waddle and can't really sleep at night but guess at least my body is getting used to it for all the sleepless nights to come

xx

Hello Liz,

Absolutely loved reading your update and I just want to say I hope your bloods go ok tomorrow.

The little one will be here before you know it, are you still having that wonderful craving of yours?

How is your hubby coping with you being restless on the evening?

Yeah still getting my craving but not as much as I was doing.

Hubby sleeps through me up and downing all night he would sleep through a bomb I think, he is one of the heaviest sleepers I kno I tryed waking him up once by pusshing him out of the bed and nothing he just woke up in the morning a little confused as to why he was on the floor lol.

A quick update for you all with what's going on.

I was up most of the night last night with pains in the end I ran myself a bath to ease them a little and it did help, when I went to the midwife this morning I was telling her and when she had a feel his head is quite far down so it's looking good not long left now, it's a nice feeling that in 6 weeks tops I am going to get to meet my little man I can't wait and it would be even nicer if I got to meet him earlier

xx
