Hi All, So come on then, we have all let slip a bit and I just want to know who is going to be with me again from 2010. I am not saying from the start of January I am going to say the 1st week in February. Why this is because Christmas and new year the house is still full of goodies so we need to get all those out the way and start again from February so I am giving you this chance and then we can start the fitness club again and of course I am going to be in it. Yeah I agree Ceri, I know I have put on a few extra pounds and been slipping but will get back with it xx

Im not going to worry over christmas and have what I fancy as once the New Year is here I know I will work to shift the extra gain............

Ceri I will also have what I want and will face the damage in the new year I have my leggings for Xmas day anything so I can over indulge and not feel the tightness in my trousers ha ha you think I am kidding ha ha xx

Shell, i know you are not kidding, an elastic waistband is excellent at christmas. I plan to eat what i want between 24th dec and 4th Jan. Note to self, must get myself some leggings for over christmas!!! |

I will be joining you Im not going to watch what i eat over christmas but come the new year u will start eating healthy again. I have piled the weight on too and its not good. Heres to a healthy, slim 2010 |

i jumped on the scales this morning and i am delighted to report that i am 6lbs heavier ![]() I do suspect that most of that is wine as i had at least a bottle a night over 6 nights, so first thing i have done is cut out the alcohol. Boy can i feel those extra lbs......i did exercise a little over the hols but obviously not enough as i still like my food. So official weigh in for me is wednesday 7lbs to lose by easter. |
