I know i mentioned this before but i am now on day 4 of the '30 day shred' and feel great. It is a dvd by a fitness trainer which does strength, cardio and abs, levels 1 , 2 and 3. I am doing 10 days of level 1 then 10 days of level 2 and then level 3.(am not doing it every day as my body has to rest too) The levels are only 20 mins long so i am working hard for only 20 mins and hope to see some good results...inch loss is the most important to me at the moment. The strength exercises are using light weights...i have 3lb weights. Hope to see some sort of toning with a healthy diet. And of course some gym work thrown in. Ceri, you might actually enjoy this dvd, will keep you updated. |

Claire, i am still doing the gym 2-3 times a week...and being very healthy expect for the glass of red wine that is sitting beside me right now : ) Have quit ww again, its not for me , i need to tone..and lose weight my way rather than pointing. How is everyone else doing?? |

heellllloooo anyone out there, or is it just me. Day 8 of the shred dvd and i have to report i am starting to see defination on my stomach . Putting on weight of course but can feel my stomach muscles really working and posture so much better. |

Sounds like you are enjoying it Karolyn..... I'm getting on ok, bit gutted as the scales said the same this morning, so no loss in 2 weeks going to take my measurements again at the weekend, hope to see the difference there! ![]() Ceri x |

Hi There Well I put 1lb on but then its too be expected I had drank alot of water and eaten a chinese the day before but I aint saying I am dieting. Please keep me posted how you are all doing ![]() Shellxx |

Cycled at work today , and it certainly got my heart rate up. Also did level 3 training tonight and boy it was really hard. Think as well the weather is very muggy i was sweating buckets. I took measurements about 3 years ago and have hidden them somewhere, gutted because i can't remember where i put them. Would love to see the difference in the last few years. |
