Well I have to go on Friday for my blood tests, 3 weeks with no beer in my system at all, I am so proud of myself but the thing is I have so wanted some jacques but had to leave it alone. xx

Hi All,

Well I went for my blood tests and will get the results on Thursday. The nurse said I could have some wine etc... now but just in moderation. I said that I had been told I couldnt drink and she said yes but that is just uptil you had the tests done its because we are testing your liver again. I may just have one bottle of Jacques but had used to the fact of not having a drink.

Hi All,

Well I got my results yesterday and it wasnt good, with me having Guilberts Syndrome even without a drink my liver test results have gone from 21 up to 51 and he said he cant believe its gone that high. He said it may be because I had not eaten before I went for the test so to make sure in 1 month I have something to eat.

He did say to me yesterday with it being so high I could find that I am extremely tired and to rest when I can and also jaundice to the skin because its very high.

He did say I can have a drink again but only in moderation he said that obviously being without drink wasnt the cause of the count still creeping up.

Have they suggested any types of food that might be able to help you or is it that you're not eating enough?

Its not the fact that I am not eating enough but the results may of come back higher because I had not eaten prior to having the test done.
I guess I will see more in the next month when I have the next lot of bloods taken.
