Default head injury

I have come home form work today to find koulis working out in the garden. When i went out to speak to him i noticed blood all over his hands , his tee shirt and his face. And there on the corner of his left eyebrow is an open wound.

It needs stitches but the daft man (who got it clashing heads in a football match today ) refuses to go to the out patient at A & E and is continuing on like nothing has happened. It is the size already golf ball and still oozing blood. His eye is already black!!!

Whe i met him hwe played rugby but now he is getting older he has moved to football, i thought for one football would be a safer sport.......how wrong i was. Luckily his parents are on hols because they would go ballistic if they saw it!!

Karolyn, he is being so stubborn, he really needs to get himself sorted out, it could be even more serious if its left open for infection to get in. Please let us know how he gets on and if you pursuade him to go, why do men think they can cope with things and think its ok to go around like nothings happened.
xx

OMG!

Why doesn't he want to get it sorted?

I hope you can persuade him to get it looked at.

Nikki x

Nikki, because he has had so many injuries playing rugby in the past he is immune to it.

He has clashed heads with someone on the pitch, the other man was fine but my stubborn dh was bleeding and played on.

He now has steri-strips across it which has pulled the cut together, it has stopped bleeding for now. I think because it is on the bone on the eybrow he thinks he can deal with it himself.

He is off out for a few beers tonight and nothing must get in the way of that......x

He has promised if there is problems he will go tomorrow and get it stitched.!l

Oh Karolyn, men arghhhh!! no wonder I am on my own lmao!
They drive you insane, I really hope he is ok, they do worry us at times, I bet you could throttle him when he is so laid back.
I think us women handle things so differently though compared to men.xx

I hope Koulis is ok. You have to be so careful with head injuries.
