ceri, you are so good. I really needs to come and live with your for a few weeks to get me back on teh ww path. Can you give me some meal examples please, don't you eat your dinner in the middle of the day??and lighter meal at night?? Am getting a bit bored with my meals and refuse to pay for ww dinners....too expensive. Going to shake my diet up a bit, staying within my points of course. |

Karolyn - I know what your saying about the weight watchers meals but in Sainsburys they do the BGTY ones and they have the points on the back for WW and they are cheaper then WW and some really nice ones. I absolutely love the Cottage pie one and its about 6.5 points and then just stock up with veg. Jayne - You have done well if you have lost 1lb its better then nothing so well done. Ceri - You seem to be doing so well, any tips to w lose the weight, how long have you been doing it to nearly lose half a stone. Shell.xx |

Thanks Shell ,will have a nosey in Sainsburys and get those if they are cheaper. I did get some light choices from tescos especially for work , then i can't be tempted by a sandwich from a local shop etc. My only big problem is i like to cook and rarely buy ready made meals so i feel a bit of a cheat......but if it means i lose some weight then i will give it a go. We are living on greek salad(keeping the feta at a minimum )and fish or meat at the moment. Lovely piece of salmon the other night, and tonight it is salad and lamb chops.....yum . Have now started to drink vodka and cranberry/orange as its less points and quite refreshing in this weather. |

You know what Karolyn they are cheaper and they are 2 for £3 which isnt bad and you can have veg with them. When I am doing WW I do buy the meals and it works for me but try and drink a good glass of water before to fill me up more. Please let me know how you get on, I am not a fish lover I dont like fresh fish but then I do like ocean stix and whelks and prawns but not fresh fish.xx |

£2 for £3 that is brilliant, am off tomorrow to stock up for this week. Going to a bbq next weekend weather permitting but that can be quite healthy if i stay off the wine and beer. |
