Got 2 months to shape up ![]() I'm not so concerned on what I weigh but will weigh myself so I can see something happening! I'm size 14 now and would be happy to get to a 12. Think I would look odd if I went smaller than a 12. Think I probaly need to loose around 1 to 1 1/2 stone to get there ![]() Claire xx |

Hi Karolyn.....I'm sure I have mentioned before what a fussy bugger I am with food! So I probably eat really boring food compared to everyone else! You are right I do try and eat my main meal during the day......today I am having chicken and bulking up on veg.......I also have jacket pots/WW or Tesco HL meals/fish and veg....I havent eaten cheese for 6 weeks (which is tough!) and I only eat WW bread.......it is a constant battle isnt it I am now half way through my 12 weeks!Ceri x |

Ceri, fortunately i am not a cheese lover.... except for feta!! That only goes into the Greek Salads. Half way through your 12 weeks and at least you have a good loss, i seem to be back where i started 4 weeks ao and slowly the summer holidays are creeping up. How is the gym work??/running?? I have had fish 3 times this week in an effort to be good, so really hope for a loss tomorrow morning. Claire, size 14 is good , aim to shape up . How did your weigh in go?? |

I weighed in Monday morning 3lbs lighter ![]() Quite suprised seen as I hadn't been paying much attention to it. Only one late shift this week so hoping to get some exercise fitted in this week. Now the nights are lighter I've suggested jogging with a friend ![]() I've never run in my life except sports day but need to do something that gets me out away from the fridge and doesn't cost anything! Claire, well done you 3lbs off is brilliant. See if you can fit in running or if you both do a power walk or even a long walk better than nothing. Just don't do what i tend to do after exercise and look for food!!! |

Bit of an update, i am still at the gym 3 times a week, don't really see any real difference although have lost 2lbs this week, so i am doing something right. Bit of an achievement tonight whihc i have to boost about....i burn off 1169cals at the gym, and am now shattered. |

Karolyn how good is that you must be so chuffed, 2lb is 2lb and its better off than on, we are always on the go with our watching our food. I have done quite well this week I think but depends what the scales say on Monday when I get on. I have not been dieting but just eating less if that makes sense. xx |

i am not dietig either, diets for me don't work. I am excercising and watching what i eat, and a little of what you fancy does you good. |

Im still plodding on! 7.5lb loss for me.Ive now taken up badminton which I am loving, gym tomorrow morning. Good luck all. Ceri x |
