Hi Karolyn

The results from the bloods came back clear, all the results from the hospital this week came back clear just waiting for the MRI results now.

Can IBS make you have a bad back and pains in your stomach though really awful pains? really knocked me about. I still have the pains now.

Shell.xx

Can't believe what you are going through ATM Shell. You did look pale on the playground earlier. Just remember we are only over the road day or night if you need us for anything look after Alex or take you to the hospital if the pain comes back as bad.

Hopefully your MRI results will be back soon and they will shed some light on what the problem seems to be xx

Hi Lyn,

I brought some medicine yesterday to clear my system out which my parents said could be part of IBS especially because my Dad suffers with it. I just need to flush my system out and see if I still have the pain so much.

What kind of pain is it Lyn? can you describe it?

Shell.

Its kind of like spasms of pain either across lower or upper stomach. I get it across my upper stomach and feel that my breathing is laboured, sharp pain when i breath in.

Mine is STRESS related and i have severe diahorrea and sick at the same time,(so i don't know whether to sit on the loo or stick my head in it).

Lyn might have other symptoms......might be worth seeing your gp and get them to test for IBS.

what medicine did you buy to flush out your system?? If it is ibs try and find what has triggered it.......stress can be a big factor, xx

Shell sorry to hear you've been feeling so unwell.
I hope you get answers soon. Going on what the others have said it sounds like it could be worth getting tested for IBS.

Karolyn im the opposite i cant go the toilet my is stress related but also dairy food especially cheese.

Shell i get the same symptons as karolyn but i get terrible back pain like period pain but a thousand times worse. plus pains in my legs abit like restless legs but very painful.

i would go and see your gp i have normcol medicine which i use to help regulate me be careful if you are using something to make you go and you dont over do it as it can make it worse i did it before i found out i was suffering ibs and felt really ill

xx
