i agree every child is different

Deacan was dry during the day just after his 2nd birthday and dry at night at 2yrs 6months ish
Serenna was dry and night within 3days at 2yrs 8months

I would just pop the potty in the bathroom and pop her on it before bathtime but dont make her just get her used to it being around.x

I agree with you should wait until the child itself is ready. Usually what is the case (in mine anyway) is that Quincy learned on his own, lol! Yes I am so surprised I thought it was gonna be a long stressful process but Kem did all the dirty work right under my nose. He was explaining the process to Quincy early on so one day he just started saying "pee-pee" or "I take poop", lol! Cute seeing this and bought a potty and he's been using it since. Anyway just give her time eventually they will show signs that they are ready. I will say however that I was so glad to give them up because diapers are expensive.
