It is very sad shell, but how many are actually born with forceps and have a healthy life? I do believe they are needed sometimes, but if someone has been struggling for so long to deliver then they should be allowed the c section.
I do so feel for them after their long struggle to coneceive.

I didn't read the story but my bil is blind in one eye because he was delivered by forceps, they stuck it in his eye....and this was 30 yrs ago.

c section is such major surgery i suppose they try and avoid it if they can.

My heart goes out to the family. xx

It is awful and he had to have major eye surgery as a baby but they couldn't save his sight.

Like he says he knows no different, it traumatised his mum but she went on and had 3 more children.....i suppose time heals.
