I was just wondering for those who have children in year 2, when do you hear if you have got the junior school choice for your child. We dont hear until the beginning of april round here, i think its way to late to hear....doesnt give you long to appeal.

I didn't even realise they did separate infant and junior schools

Braden's is all in one!

And when I was little my school was all in one too...

This is news to me, they don't have the sepearate schools in this area or the area i grew up in.

I just assumed that once a child started primary school they were there until the age of 11.

Keep us updated Karen, hope you get your choice.

Can you believe that allthough ours is all in one building....go through main doors, infants reception & school to right, and juniors to left, they have to apply....due to the juniors being run by the church of england and the infants is run by governors....blooming silly if you ask me.
