Default What is the worst item you brought that was no benefit?

Hi All,

Just wondering what your worst product was that you brought for your baby when they was born that really was not a benefit.

I would have to say the avent bottle warmer, I didn't really benefit from it at all, if we used to twice that was the amount of time we used it. I still have it in the box and was going to sell it but I think the best way is a jug of water and to warm the babies bottle that way.

As soon as I saw the title I thought 'Bottle Warmer' and then saw your reply Shell!

Like you a jug and hot water did the trick!

oh no, i had the advent bottle warmer and used it right till he stopped having bottles. Main reason was as we were in attic conversion, i had a mini fridge with his bottles in and then the bottle warmer beside it to warm them....talk about being lazy...lol

think the worse thing i got was a winnie the pooh push on/off light for night feeds....used too many batteries and wasnt bright enough

Strange isnt it Karen that you used yours but then I could still sell mine as new because it certainly aint hardly been used.
I used to see those light things and wonder what they was like but now I know.

I never had a bottle warmer, I used a jug and hot water too.

I did have a microwave steam steriliser and must have used it twice. Getting all the stuff to fit in was like the Krypton Factor and I just decided to use a big container with milton instead (or George own sterilising fluid if your a cheapskate like me, but it was just as good and half the price of milton).

Can't really think of anything else.

Definately a baby bath with my first - what a pain that was to fill and empty, i probably used it twice then just used the big sink or bath -- much easier xx
